Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services are provided on a quoted basis, with payment required in full prior to attendance.

Weather

If a flight cannot proceed due to unsafe weather conditions, the booking will be rescheduled at the earliest convenient opportunity. If a suitable date cannot be agreed, a full refund will be issued.

Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled flight will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled flight will receive a 50% refund.

Inability to Complete the Flight

If we are unable to carry out the flight due to safety concerns, access issues, or circumstances outside of your control, a full refund will be provided.

Delivered Imagery

Refunds will not be issued once imagery has been captured and delivered, unless there has been a clear failure to provide the agreed service.
